By using HardHat Quote you agree to these terms.
The service
HardHat Quote provides templates and tools for creating estimates, quotes, bids and invoices. Templates, sample line items and sample prices are examples only. You are responsible for the prices, taxes, terms and legal requirements that apply to your business and your documents.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to create false or misleading documents, to impersonate another business, to commit fraud, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that do.
Accounts
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Creem and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Online approvals
When a customer approves a shared document, we record the name they typed and the time. Whether this creates a binding agreement depends on your jurisdiction and your terms. HardHat Quote is not a party to any agreement between you and your customers.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify account holders by email.
