Cleaning Invoice Example

This example is a monthly invoice for a bi-weekly house cleaning client. It lists each visit date, shows the add-ons the client asked for, and keeps the recurring rate visible so renewals are easy.

What does each part of this invoice do?

1. One invoice per billing period

Recurring clients get one invoice per month rather than one per visit. The project title states the period covered (September), which is what clients look for when they reconcile their payments.

2. Each visit on its own line

Listing the visit dates proves the service was delivered and makes skipped or rescheduled visits obvious.

3. Add-ons priced separately

Inside-oven and inside-fridge cleaning were requested once, so they appear as separate lines. That keeps the standard rate unchanged and shows the client the value of extras.

4. Supplies line

Supplies are a small per-visit charge. Some cleaners include them in the rate — either is fine, as long as the invoice says which.

5. Short payment terms

Recurring services are usually due on receipt or within a few days. A payment link lets the client pay in one tap.
