Concrete templates
Concrete jobs are priced by square foot and thickness, with extra for excavation, reinforcement and finish. Itemizing prep and pour shows the customer why thicker or decorative slabs cost more.
What to include
- Square footage and slab thickness
- Excavation, base material and compaction
- Reinforcement: rebar, wire mesh or fiber
- Finish type (broom, stamped, exposed aggregate)
- Curing time and when the surface can be used

Frequently asked questions
How do I estimate a concrete slab?
Calculate the volume (length × width × thickness ÷ 27 for cubic yards), add 5–10% for waste, then add excavation, base, reinforcement, forming, finishing labor and any pump truck fees.
